GameRanger não entra na sala "firewall problem"

Pessoal quando quero jogar qualquer jogo online pelo gameranger quando vo entra na sala durante o loading da um erro "fiewall problem" eu não sei pq aconteçe isso pq meu firewall ta desativado pra joga online o antivirus tmb ta desativado ai tem um link falando do problema, eu tenho net via radio não uso modem
